Welcome to Virtual Angels
Caroline McAuliffe and Suzanne Mulvihill, founders of Virtual Angels, have a vision to deliver excellence in recruitment by providing a specialised and personalised service to their SME clients and candidates alike which will result in a win-win outcome for both parties.
Virtual Angels offers a unique “Pay as You Grow” business model specifically aimed at solving staff issues for the SME Industry. Through extensive research and knowledge of this sector’s unique needs, we have developed an hourly fee model which allows small businesses to grow with the support of professional, experienced staff on a simple, flexible and budget conscious basis.
If you are an experienced Virtual Assistant, Personal Assistant or a Bookkeeper with a Tax Practitioners Board Registration Number, and you would like to register for positions with Virtual Angel, click the link below to become an angel now. There are no fees to join.
Virtual Angels Office Based Staff
We are now recruiting talent for part-time employment opportunities (specialising in flexible working conditions for return to work mothers and fathers).
Our clients are not only seeking virtual (home based) assistants but are also becoming aware of the skills shortage and therefore are willing to offer such incentives as job share / school hours etc. for office based staff. Therefore we are now looking for Angels to fulfil office based positions that are flexible to fit in around their lifestyle / family (eg school hours). Click the Become an Angel link above to register your details.
If you are already registered as a work from home Angel (virtual assistant), but are interested in working at a client's business, you can update your profile to include willing to travel to work positions.
